We were approached by the site owners to design and build a one-bedroom self-contained accommodation unit mixing the need for accessibility with energy efficiency and low running costs.
The brief was to undertake a full ‘turn-key’ service, through securing planning consent right through to presenting the keys of the brand-new unit.
