Our clients owned a large bungalow with extensive grounds just outside Perranporth and approached us to design and build their ‘forever’ home. Key considerations were low running costs, low maintenance requirements and thoughtful future proofing features.

Our Approach

With careful consideration and liaison with the client, we took through planning a stylish, low maintenance contemporary bungalow design which occupied a good proportion of the new plot, in conjunction with proposed hard landscaping and modest planted/lawn areas.

The clients are delighted with how we balanced their requirements, achieved planning consent and now construct their new home.
