Client Requirements
Having been in discussion with a farming family for a couple of years, ModBox was instructed to design and build two mobile accommodation units.
The objective of the project was to provide further tourism diversification at the site, where a truly ‘out in the countryside’ experience can be enjoyed, whilst capitalising on impressive views of the South Coast.

Our Approach
Having worked with the family to evolve a specification that matched the brief of ‘luxury hotel bedroom in the countryside’ the units were built in the workshop in two halves, to a near finished condition.
