Client Requirements

The opportunity arose for Modbox Spaces directors to develop six waterside properties in a prime location at The Point in Polzeath, Cornwall.

With just 1 mile to Polzeath Beach, 1.75 miles to Padstow, 1.25 miles to Daymer Bay and 3 miles to Port Isaac, The Point was the perfect location for a select holiday home development. Nestled amongst some beautiful existing properties, the site allowed for six plots with waterside views and easy access.

Our Approach

Taking the project forward from consent right through to presenting keys to new owners, we aim to have the properties built in the course of 2019. With the market leaning more towards ‘staycations’ rather than going abroad, we saw these properties as an exciting opportunity to really show-case what Cornwall has to offer as a contemporary holiday destination.
